A day in the life…

It’s late in the afternoon and you’ve had a lifetime’s supply of pizza, in one sitting. Ok, 8 slices may not count as a lifetime’s supply, but still, you know you had one slice too many. The one good thing is that you got to step away from the code you were working on, which helped you get a clean perspective on the problem. The method you were working on to dynamically display text from an XML file wasn’t working but it wasn’t generating any errors either. Then it hits you, you didn’t embed the font that you were using which prevented it from displaying at all. You play the movie and the text displays. CRACK! The event fired at the end of the sequence should have triggered a transition into the next scene but it didn’t. Back to the drawing board…
